Since the fall of men, the Lord have been trying to fix this broken relationship with covenants, but the thing is, we humans cannot hold on to covenants for too long, because we usually end up breaking them,for example the covenant with Judah Abhrahm then with many other Characters depicted in the bible, but we keep sinning
Until finally Gid sends His obly Son to be a representative of Him and be part of Us, He sort of become a mediator for us and we get closer to Him , Jesus became a part of Us to reconcile to what is also part of Him, Godliness
