Colossians 2:11 (NKJV) In Him you were also circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the sins of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ,
We are circumcised, made better everyday by being limited to ceetain things that will make ua grow and not other things that makes us corrupt.
The Circucission of Jesus ia Him living His life directed to do the things that will direct this world to good.
Romans 6:5-6 (NKJV) For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, certainly we also shall be in the likeness of His resurrection, knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin.
One of the purpose of circumcission in Christ is to defeat our flesh and let our spirit grew stronger and that it may defeat the flesh
By defeating the flesh we are opening new doors to more ministry for by limiting the freedom of our flesh we are increasing the freedom of the spirit making it our main driving force instead of our flesh.
For the flesh is weak, easily enticed by its own senses to feel the nice and seek the good of the world, while the spirit is obedient and want to collect treasures in aven.
