Experiencing condemnation

Ecclesiastes 7:20 For there is not a just man on earth who does good And does not sin.

The way the world works is “you repent and change then we will forgive you”. This is how most churches deal with sinful people. It is not wrong but it lacks love, Jesus found a better way, and this is how He does it:

John 8:11-12 (NKJV) She said, “No one, Lord.” And Jesus said to her, “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more.”

Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”

Jesus forgive someone first that by the forgiveness, the person may be motivated to sin no more. This is totally different from the way the world does it. Jesus uses love to change people, while the world love people that can change, but the problem is that no one can change theer behaviour and actions just by themselves, they need someone to constantly remind them and someone to monitor their deeds.

But the Jesus way, you owe a debt, and that will be the motivation for us to change, Jesus forgave us first even before we change.

We shouldn’t condemn ourselves because it serves no purpose, by punishing ourselves for tha things we did will not make us more holy for it is not us that should punish, but Him to whom we sin.
