WORDS & THOUGHTS

Abiding in Love

The moment Jesus died for all of humanity’s sins, the conclusion of the defiinition of Love is just about to be finished. The disciples of Jesus saw the great and wonderous kind of Love they have never seen before. They see the reason why Jesus does what He does, which is all because of Love.

Jesus died on the cross, the discipls were both sad and awe-inspired by the great mercy and goos attitude He had towards them whenever they where sinning.

They then realise too that that is because of Love, they concluded that love is unpredictable, it is wild, it makes us do irrational things that we wouldn’t do otherwise, but Love is needed, we all need love and Jesus is the true source of Love. He does not need anyone, He does not sin, yet He love sinners and sit down to eat with tax officers.

Today this is still the reason why there is this group of people that believes that one day the true source of Love will come back and will take us all to the place He promised in His first ascend after His death.

We all now still live under the same principle of life that is to Love Gd and Love our brethren.

Mark 12:30-31 (NKJV) And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment. And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”
