WORDS & THOUGHTS

Paul's Repentance

🌟 Remarks

As we enter the life of Christ, not only did we sign up for all the blessings, but moreover all the pain and suffering and difficulties that Christ faced. We do not literally face the cross again and all its death, but we face something also in our own unique version.

The world is changing and so thus the trials that comes with it. When we began to walk in His path, pain and suffering didn’t flee away but somehow we kept walking, neither did we flee. Many people said that living with Christ gives you a life of peace which is correct and wrong at the same time, it depends on how you look at it. We will indeed, like the apostles, face a lot of trials and tribulations but through it God will be with us reminding us that “this too shall past”. For the life of Christ is future centric, we focus on what’s ahead and not the past.

We will be strong in faith whilst being in persecution and trials and people will see us. They will see how a man can stand when the oceans rise and thunder storms. And that will be our testimony, our good news, our εὐαγγέλιον or (gospel) to the people of the world.

🌟 Reference

Exodus 9:16 But for this purpose I have caused you to stand: to show you my strength, and so that my name may be declared in all the earth.

Exodus 15:2 The Lord is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation. This is my God, and I will praise him, my father’s God, and I will exalt him.

🌟 Relevancy

We all face troubles of our own. Mine? It is the lack of grit and focus which causes the best of me to be wasted on the worst of productivity. I became drousy and tired, i sleep a lot all because of me not planning ahead and not sharing my troubles.

I honestly do not like to share my troubles making myself look weak and seeking for empathy, i prefer a silent victory where the enemy didn’t even know he lost. But the word of God enlightens me that the only loser is the one with no companion, with no one to pick him up when he falls. Winners stay together, and they are stronger
